Constellations are a method for revealing and re-aligning hidden loyalties in tightly-knit business or family groups. "Constellation," here, via an analogy from star gazing, just refers to a group of people that has some kind of internal structure.  As some stars in one sky constellation form a handle, and others the dipper.  And "systemic" is just a fancy word for structural relationships within the group.  Why might this matter to you?
