Constellation work reveals and re-aligns misplaced loyalties within families or small businesses both effectively and inexpensively. These remain otherwise very often hidden. They can undermine growth and wellness in ways that make pure coaching, therapy, and treatments for chronic conditions ineffective.

Coaching in our work leads thus sometimes to constellations that release group level blockages when they stand in the way. In the other direction, constellations bring clients both insight and a deep shift in inner, felt awareness—but experienced, perceptive coaching then helps to ground and implement the external changes enabled by the shift.
