A group of us will come together starting in February or March to cooperatively explore this question.

Mastermind Groups were created originally by Napoleon Hill and are used to bolster success extensively in business and entrepreneurial circles today.  They involve a set of 5 to 8 people who share similar goals, expertise, and a commitment to help each other solve problems and move ahead more rapidly.  With so little market penetration in the US, we family constellation practitioners have much more to gain by helping each other increase that penetration than by any form of competition.

I spoke to many of you at the SF Conference about this.  Our group will use a leading teleconferencing service.  Where in the US (or perhaps Canada) you are located does not matter.  We will share our marketing and advertising approaches freely, brainstorm ways to bypass the isolated individualism and materialism that hinder us in this country, and work to increase each other’s particular client base.  My initial thought is to meet in one 90 minute conference call every two weeks—but that is subject to what works for the group.

In trying to achieve a good mix of participants, some of the criteria I have loosely in mind involve looking for:

• Facilitators who are active, relying on family constellations for at least part of their income, and are currently marketing this service. 
  
• Facilitators who want to engage in a cooperative, creative, open-minded process to better communicate the value of family constellations in the contexts that matter to the group
  
• Facilitators who are willing to share their ideas freely and support the growth of each other's client base
• Facilitators who commit to the modest amounts of time necessary to contribute to and gain from the group's process
  
• If possible, a mix ranging from relatively new facilitators to well established

Indicators of your tendencies to resonate on 7 different levels provide an extremely useful picture of how you respond to life—especially when you are stressed. Once you become aware of how your default energies are leading you, and those around you, beginning to actively lead your own energies to better levels is a natural step.
