Severe Depression Lifted
Throughout my life, I have logged many hours of therapy and have always pursued personal growth. However, in my early 60's I experienced a depression that would not let up. Despite my rigorous program of mindfulness, meditation, journaling, exercise, assiduous attention to my thoughts and conscious efforts to change them--not to mention a return to talk therapy--would not lift. Finally, I discontinued the talk therapy out of frustration because it just wasn't working.
I came across Michael Reddy and liked the fact that he had concrete techniques (rather than the endless talking of standard therapy) and decided to try working with him. It is the deepest work I have ever done. Fairly self-aware, I was surprised to find unconscious elements of my psyche about which I was previously unaware; elements that were really desperate to be heard.
Michael is more like a guide down the remote rivers of your soul than a mere "coach" or “therapist.” The work is profound and life changing. Within 3 months of working with him I was smiling, and my depression had lifted at last.
Michael is deeply wise, caring and skilled. He's grounded yet amazingly open-minded. While his work can be classed as psychological, my spirit was also fed by the work so it feels very "whole self" integrated. I felt safe and genuinely cared for on his watch. He's a true healer and I am deeply grateful to him.

Extended Family Healing
I was attracted to family constellation work through an article I read which connected personal peace, enlightenment, and the family soul through family constellation therapy. I called Michael and intuitively felt his presence and this kind of approach would be powerful in resolving long term issues in my relationships and within myself. My first priority was trust in Michael with respect to my feelings and family history, and he was trustworthy, respectful, and compassionate with excellent boundaries. The sessions were enlightening, as the movement of the soul happened in unexpected, wonderful ways which brought awareness, relief, love, and ultimately true peace.
Months later, my children, my family (including the fathers of my children) and myself feel grounded, safe, forgiving, and accepting of the gifts each soul (including our ancestors) has brought to our present lives. Thank you Michael!

Knee Pain Relieved
When I found your website I had given up on injections, magnets, curcumin, anti-inflammatories, and various other remedies to relieve the pain in my knees. Learning to do the EFT tapping with you, and becoming aware of the relationship between my knee-pain and the ongoing stress of losing of my career did more to help me than all of these other things. Migraines Fade
The idea that becoming aware of and clearing the relationship of my headaches to my uncle's early death by concussion--I never would have believed coming in that it could help. I knew something about the event, but never connected it to my own increasingly debilitating pain. Yet, doing this brought almost immediate partial relief, and now later total relief. Let me make this simple and to the point.... before I met you and plunged whole-heartedly into "constellation" work, I had been struggling with several issues in my life.
